📦 Returns

14-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation)

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@sanevita.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos or videos of the item if it arrived damaged or defective

Important:
Returns must be approved by our team before sending any item back.
Unapproved returns will not be accepted.


💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.

Approved Refunds

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method, minus shipping fees (if any)

  • Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days

Non-Refundable Items

We cannot offer refunds for:

  • Items returned used or damaged

  • Orders returned without prior approval

  • Sale or promotional items (unless defective)


🚚 Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your product arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Faulty

  • Not as described

We will replace it at no additional cost.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos or video showing the problem

We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.


🌍 Returns Shipping

For change-of-mind returns:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • We will provide the return address via email after approval

For defective or damaged items:

  • We cover the return or replacement costs


❌ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your card issuer or PayPal
